OK GUYS IM NEW TO THE TUNDRA FORUM BECAUSE MY TRUCK IS A WEEK OLD. ALREADY STARTED THE MODS AND WILL POST SOME PICS SOON. I TRADED MY TACOMA IN THAT WAS WELL VERY MODIFIED.

HERES THE QUESTION THOUGH... I AM GOING TO LEVEL THE TRUCK. 3/1 PRO COMP LEVELING KIT JUST BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO VOID ANY WARRANTIES QUITE YET. IM GETTING DIFFERENT SUGGESTIONS WITH TIRE SIZES. IM THINKING 295/70R18 BUT IS THIS REALISTIC WITH JUST THE LEVELING KIT? DOES ANYONE HAVE PIX OF THIS SET UP? IVE LOOKED ON THE FORUMS BUT THERE IS JUST AN ABUNDANCE OF ANSWERS, I JUST WANT TO SEE IT. 4WHEEL PARTS IS SUGGESTING THE 275/70R18 AND I JUDT DONT THINK THATS ENOUGH FOR THIS TRUCK. POST THE PIX ON THE PAGE IF YOU CAN

Welcome. No need to YELL. We're all friends here :)

+1 on those links from @PaRunnerd and @WarEagleSteve. You'll often hear admonishments about using the search tool, but I'm with you. Far too many search results to attempt to wade through, particularly about tires.

    Too many to list
    295/70/R18 (that's almost 35s)would look sharp with a 3 inch lift.

I think so. I seen a few on here with an +18mm off set so I went ahead and ordered 18x9 with +18 offset and cross my fingers... lol. Ill post some pix when that stuff is done. Just getting the bumper swapped, a TRD grill, and the steps on this week when I find time.

ProComp has lift shield warranties on all their 6 in lifts that covers everything that Toyota's warranty does. If that helps

Lets see more!!!! :) Looks great! I was thinking about doing the same wheel setup except 25 offset. Was going to put a 2.5/1 on my truck and unsure if they will fit or not....

Honestly... wish I had less of an offset I think. Front sits a bit inside the flare but rear sits even. but I have a 3/1 level

Screenshot_20180909-203704.jpg IMG_20180908_115838.jpg So... The Atturo tires... First time on rock, gravel, sand this past weekend and they did really well. The guys aired me down to 30PSI and it softened them up nicely. No weird cuts or gouges in them after the ride. The Raceline wheels also did well. No scratches on them either. And we made it home, cleaned it all up and they are as good as new. Thanks to all the guys on the ride I wasn't bouncing all over the damn place. Lol

Alright so here is what I’ve found as ideal large tire size relevant to your 3/1 lift

18” wheel - +18mm to +30mm offset you can fit 295/70r18 with removal of mud flaps, and trimming or manipulating of the front fender wells. You may or may not need a cab mount chop. You can also fit a true 35x12.5r18 however a cab mount chop is basically guaranteed, removal of mud flaps, and fender manipulation. It is unclear if you will rub still though at full lock/full bump. I’d imagine you will. So if you plan to offroad maybe avoid the 35x12.50

17” wheel - +18mm to +30mm same tire selection but on a 17” wheel. Ideal is a 17” wheel with a +25mm offset and a 315/70r17 tire. This is actually claimed by Icon to not need any trimming/cab mount etc. at full lock full bump.

Popular choice - 18x9 wheel with +18 to +30 and a 295/70r18 tire. It does require a bit of trimming but it seems to be the most desirable of choices.

Hope this helps. I ordered my TRD pro today and am going with Fuel Vector 18x9 wheels and 295/70r18 Nitto ridge grapplers.
