Forgot about this picture...my brother in law's old Tundra when I uhhh...broke my truck. Apparently ingesting copious amounts of water is bad for the engine. :anonymous:

once it warms up I will tow two ATV's on an aluminum 2 place trailer, and my dirt bikes in the bed of the truck. hopefully in due time I will pick up a 6x12 or 6x14 enclosed trailer to set up for moto, if things go really well hopefully a toyhauler! I will post up some pics of the ATV's and dirt bikes once it warms up!

I bought this on 1/12/14 and have added a code alarm remote start, an Alpine head unit with Nav and a backup camera.
I have a '63 Chevy 4x4 Suburban I plan on hauling on an 18' dbl axle trailer. I'm shopping for the trailer now.

We tow our teardrop trailer that my wife and I built 2 years ago. It'll go anywhere I can get the truck to go and allows us to camp in absolute comfort.

Well, there are 3 build threads on the trailer already. One on Expedition Portal, one on Tearjerkers, and one on Teardrops and Tiny Travel Trailers (TNTTT). The threads are all long and very well detailed. Could I perhaps post a link to one or more threads, rather than doing a very long cut and paste session?

Nice load job! Gotta ask, are you running air bags or a WD hitch towing that set up? I will be doing something similar (although not that creative) but should be similar in weight and am curious how it tows. Same for your BIL's truck. Those uhaul trailers are friggin' heavy!

WD hitch for sure. I use a Equal-i-zer hitch (4-way antisway). Towing anything over a a few thousand pounds is just too white-knuckling for me with a ball hitch alone.

The tow back with my bro's truck was just a ball hitch and that fucker wagged like a puppy dogs tail anytime i got over 50 mph. Worst towing experience ever.

My other baby... It's truly sad, I can't feel that trailer with two sleds on it behind my Tundra. Not on the highway, not around the city, it's like it's not there. My previous Tacoma on the other hand...

Gah. That 6" looks so sexy

Anyone else find their lift to appear stock after having driving it for a while?

I know whenever I drive a sedan, and then get back into the Tundra, it doesn't feel so stock anymore.
