    Hi,
I am interested in going with the TRD PRO Wheel on a 2017 Tundra Platinum. When I enter the part number on sites however, it says that wheel doesn't fit the Platinum.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? I am not sure I will go this route because currently, that wheel is out of sight, price wise, but I want to be prepared should a good used set come available. This is the wheel I am referring to (picture copied from the web)

The part number is PT960-34190-02 - Gloss/Semi Gloss Black with PRO and BBS-Forged Embossed in Brushed Aluminum. At least I think this is the part number because using that part number sometimes pulls up the matte black, but I want the gloss version.

The TRD Pro BBS wheels will fit any 07-21 Tundra, as the lug pattern has not changed. As far as the semi gloss finish, if you're really wanting them in gloss black, you may want to have them painted (since it's not good to powdercoat forged wheels).

Yeah, I did know the bolt pattern was the same which is what confused me when they said it doesn't fit the Platinum. I thought maybe the calipers or rotors were different, but I am running an 18" wheel now albeit a different offset. Thanks for the reply!

Sweet! That's even my truck color. Are those the matte black?

Believe they are matte. (Been awhile since I got them). Cleaned up a bit……D8BD57FC-E098-4E5D-8157-9890B31803B3.jpg

The description says it's matte black and then just below it, lists the part numbers where that part number is called Gloss/Semi Gloss Black.

So did the PRO's ever come with the Gloss/Semi Gloss Wheels or only the Matte? This style wheel was only on the 19-21 PRO's, correct?

That makes sense since I bought PRO wheels from a 2019 and I thought they always had more sheen than Matte.

With the help of this thread, and talking to the people at Sparks Parts, I finally found the right part numbers for the matte black items including center caps. The lugs are the chrome ones. There is a difference between the semi gloss and matte black. Just an FYI you can buy them much cheaper from that place than on eBay. Hope this helps somebody thanks again.IMG_4016.jpg

Had them put on yesterday. The truck feels lighter — getting slightly better mpg’s. Love the look. IMG_4075.jpgIMG_4071.jpg
