    ... I think you miss understand, I'm JUST looking at a motor to go in one of my existing cars that doesn't run. The motor on craigs list is 500 and will bolt right in. It Will be a little more complicated then swapping the matrix motor but that's no big deal. FR layouts are way easier to work on then FF
    thats why I bought my tundra bro lol why do you think I haven't messed with that truck other then wheels lol

    OH. i thought you were gonna buy the car and have a 4th sitting there. If you're getting just the motor i understand now.

    trust me....If i had your skills i'd be doing exactly what you are. Not only will you be getting another vehicle running, but you'll be having fun along the way. The minimal skills i have has made doing what i have to my truck a lot of fun. I've done stuff with this truck that i've never attempted before, although i haven't swapped an engine or installed suspension yet

    I have no idea how you get one or when. Don't know much about cars. But car has issue with head gasket, cat converter and front shocks. Almost overheated on me the other day too. Only a matter of time.

    exactly. The motor is a cake walk. It's figuring out worrying that I hate.
    rod knock is when the bearing wears away between the crankshaft and the connecting rod and then the connecting "rod" starts slapping the crank shaft journal thus rod knock. It's loud as shit. Both my 4 runner and the matrix had it
