    29 weeks and counting for delivery. They told me another 3-4 weeks to go. Anyone else waited/waiting that long? Looks like a solid product, I just didn't think I would have to wait 7-8 months for it.

    No way I would wait that long, I would think there are other decent covers that are as good that you could be within a week or two. At this point, you have waited so long, might as well chill until it arrives.

    It looks like an excellent cover. That's a long wait though.

    Long time lurker here chiming in. I ordered my Renegade Cover on 6 February and received it 14 November, this last Monday. Hours before I received the shipping notice I had considered cancelling as the Renegade website was advertising an approx. 16 week delivery. On delivery, it was packaged well, no issues there. Between work and weather, haven't got it mounted yet, hopefully by the weekend I can make that happen.

    I called Renegade and asked them, why am I waiting 8 months for mine, and the new orders are only waiting 2 months? They said they have gotten their materials stockpiled and more labor to get the new ones out quicker. 6 months quicker? Who knows.

    31 weeks today!

    Hopefully you get it soon. I quickly mounted mine today before I lost daylight. Machining on some of the rails seemed odd so I sent Dave a message. Curious if yours ends up with the same. These holes seem to serve no purpose, but they do look threaded. This was on four of the notches where the locking pins in the cover align with the rail.

    Going on 34 weeks now. Finally got an update that my cover is being welded/assembled now, but still looks like I won't get it until sometime in between Christmas and New Years.

    Mine was another month at least after the welding process. I got it adjusted as best I could, will probably rip it apart in the summer to fine tune it. Pretty burly with minor water leakage, but the leaks are due to my old warped plastic bed rail covers and one other alignment issue I have yet to fix.

    Week 35. They just sent me an email stating it's being welded and it will be approx a month until I receive the cover. Last post I wrote in this thread they said they started welding it last week.

    No Merry Christmas for you I see. If I had to do it all over again knowing the wait time, I probably would have went in a different direction. Just be up front with the lead time, or at least send updates. I had to ask every few weeks or so what the status was. At least change the website to give a legitimate delivery date by vehicle type.

    Are those for the dual latch torsion bar?

    Not sure. I haven't done a complete install yet to know if they serve a purpose.

    Got mine in the new hammered silver. 7 months. Because I am local they did the install. However, when I ordered it they said they could get mine done sooner and promised me 4 months. Once they had my money there was very limited communication and then it took 7 months. Great product but rotten communication. Too bad that they cannot be truthful about delivery time and communicate the status.

    @French Avocado

    How do you like the cover so far? I’m really tempted to get one, even with the currently estimated 14 week wait time. But the only real in depth review I’ve found shows terrible leaking on the hinges.

    So far I have not had any issues with leaks at the hinges - and I have folded and unfolded multiple times. I purchased rubber L-track inserts to cover them when not in use because the installer said leaks come from standing water in the tracks. The only leakage I have had is from using a water hose and heavy rains at the back edges. Renegade seems to have improved the type of weather stripping it uses. I wish the cover was an inch longer because the coverage on the tailgate is minimal. Might be able to adjust mine to move it back but I have not yet investigated that option (I did not install mine as I am local and Renegade did the install "free of charge"). The ability to place weight and stand on the back cover is outstanding.
    I am glad I got the cover; I like the cover; and I do not have any major complaints about the cover. My complaint is truth in sales. The time to complete is a total lie. The communication is extremely poor - never reached out to me on progress, no calls, no emails (but one that was in error), and every time I called promises of completion were pure fabrications. Since installation I get a request every week to submit a review. My formal review will be as timely as their responses to me. If you get one then plan on a six month wait.

    @French Avocado I appreciate your feedback, it really helps with my decision. That wait-time is a killer. Honestly now I’m leaning towards diamondback’s trifold more. Even though I really love the flat look with the L-track it being a source for water is concerning. I could probably just as easily mount LTrack to a diamondback.
