Anyone have a suggestion for a company that can professionally remove the smoke odor from a truck I inherited. My brother was a heavy smoker and I absolutely won't get into that truck. I live in the Fort Worth Texas area and if there are any suggestions it would be appreciated. Reviews of ones that I have looked up have been dismal.

I’ve heard odoban works decently. Have you looked into that one?

Bought a used vehicle in the past which was smoked in and was able to get it out. Load your HVAC filter with activated carbon and tape a thin screen over it so you don't drop any behind the dash. Then use one of the odor eliminator canisters where you turn the HVAC on recirculate and roll the windows up. Let that run its course and swap out the carbon. Believe I ran a carbon loaded filter for a ~month after the initial treatment just to help.

If cloth interior, a portable carpet cleaner goes a long way.

An open bag of charcoal briquettes on the passenger side floor for one week worked great for me on a previous vehicle. EAC3349E-3519-41A7-88B8-F963E090F7C3.jpg

If you’re handy, I’d pull out and replace the carpet. While it’s apart, rent a good upholstery cleaner and deep clean the seats. Once it’s all back together, run an ozone machine in there for as long as possible.
Charcoal is another good trick. They make bags of it you can toss under the seats.

If one goes that route, I'd just stick a few off these in the truck..
You should be able to find them locally.

    Too many, but not enough....
fabric softener laundry sheets under the seats does wonders to mask the smell while you work to actually get it out of the truck.
