This setup is freaking awesome!! I'd be super interested in what you are doing for an RTT.

Do you have any more specs or a build thread?

I'm planning on redoing the rack to accept any tent. It'll be a little taller and possibly have side drawers that can be pulled out on the Passenger side of the rack. The way it sits now I will relocate the Rotopax's it was a good idea but functionality sucks. I guess thats why there is R&D before production. The tent version would have the front "Baja" Rack and then you would add a single 2nd support that matches the profile of the front by the cab onto the rear near the tail gate. It's all still in the works.

Made this setup to allow full use of my Bak Revolver X2 tonneau and still add a basket for gear, bike racks & roof-top-tent. The Tundra is my adventure rig, so I really wanted bed bars without sacrificing the use of my tonneau. Super happy with the results.

    Currently 2 bolts.

Its actually designed to have a pan bolted to the jack that lets me One Pin it onto the rack like a Baja Truck Race Jack. Problem was when I designed it I modeled it with a 2 Ton jack. At last minute I bought the 2.5 Ton jack. They looked identical, however they were not. So I need to redesign for the 2.5, add the pan to jack and a new Panel for the rack and I'll be back in business.

Cool thing was, it's already been used. Best part, not for myself. Twice at the Tundras to Sedona and I helped someone on the freeway.

    Axia Alloys 1.25" mounts.
They're CNC tubular mounts. Both bed bars & crossbars are 1.25" OD x .095" DOM. There's lots of room for tubular style mounts.

Remounted my quick fists and tools on the oem track I broke one quick fist trying to get it to tight so zip tie for temp to hold it in place. Also mounted the led cubes for reverse lights

All great looking racks, as far as I've seen unless i missed one the only racks fitting over tonneau covers are self fabicrated. Are there any being manufactured by a vendor that are compatible with a bed cover?

Where did you get this rack from? Is is bolted into the stakeholders pockets? This is what I am looking for to keep the use of the tonneau!

Yes thanks ive seen these but i refuse to go that route, to each his own but they look like ladder work truck roof racks. Customizing might be my only only option, unless i rip off the tonneau which i absolutely love for securing items in yhe bed.

Yeah, I was hoping more people would have posted other options. I agree it does look more construction rackish, but there is also the ability to remove the rack when not in use and still have the tonneau. Options with racks and tonneaus combined are limited. Honestly, I really like @claptrap 's design.
