Just put this on my Christmas list to level up my Blackstone game. Right now it is kept in the garage on a cheap folding table from my trailer. PITA to move around, set up and clean…

Will get a base for the propane tank to hold it on the bottom shelf. Fully mobile and much easier to clean… FCE87014-9758-4AD4-BB20-5851EE714495.jpg

Nice. Easy to move means easier to use, and that means it'll be used more often. Good call.

The west coast version of #2 is to let people catch up to you and then speed up when they try to pass.

Had that from a dipwad in Colorado on the way down. I'm glad I have the fuel capacity to drive straight through that corridor of the state.

Especially when the only dedicated passing lane for the next 20 miles has just arrived; Nope can't get around me (driver speeds up to 75 after doing 45 the entire time), then as soon as passing lane is gone, back down to 45 :mad::mad:

I battle that every time driving to the coast on 26, my wife always calls me Jeff Gordon on those drives. I get stuck behind that person almost every time :frusty:

Well, Costco is pretty damn ridiculous.
After waiting 3 weeks for the appt, they wouldn't mount the snow tires I bought from them because they weren't within 3% of factory size.
    They're only 275/70's!

What a joke! I hate to say it but it may be a local Costco thing. I regularly see mine putting tires on lifted trucks that are way bigger than factory.

Discount tire is that way too. I've read some that are like your Costco and some that are like Mr.Pirate's

WTFH??? That is ridiculous... I think I would've jacked up the truck in the parking lot and rolled all 4 wheels over to them and tell em it's for a different truck, 'now get it done'!!!

Bro, that sucks... I feel bad for steering you that direction. :(

I've never had issues w/any of the Costcos I've used in the past. I would not have thought they'd do that to you unless you were jumping to a 35 or something like that. What did you end up doing? Did you just do a carry out on the tires and plan on installing them elsewhere or just completely walked away?

    Probably a local thing here.
Weird, my discount tire doesn't care.
Don't sweat it @tripleconpanna I carried out the tires and got a refund on the mount and balance charges, I still got a hell of a deal on them! I'll go get them mounted up somewhere else my first day off work.

Nuts. I’ve never been impressed with Costco tire. The one near me is always a zoo and they don’t stock anything other than 17” tires. At least that was the story 5+ years ago when I wrote them off.

A long Thanksgiving weekend if fun at the ranch.... Night time hide and seek with the ATVs and side by sides, Santa visiting the kids, taking the goods out at night in the cold, conquering huge dirt piles, playing in the mud, a few people hunting, and time with family and friends.

Yeah, this was my first time trying them. Probably my last unless I'm after stock sizes and it's a good deal.

We call it the barn.... It is freaking huge. You can't see half of it in the pic. There is even a "loving room", kitchen and dining room so we can all hang out.... And a few propane heaters. It's always a blast at the ranch:) one day I want to own my own ranch.... One day I will.

Anyone else found that the internet is basically worthless for research anymore? I went three pages deep in a search return this morning on a topic and it was the same 5-6 websites/forums/influencers over and over again.

I've been researching a number of topics the past few weeks and the search returns, even on the Googles, are just garbage. No one writes anything anymore; websites are just to provide links to their videos. The videos are either from someone in a stained shirt who cannot put a sentence together mumbling through a topic or an articulate and polished influencer paid by product owners to talk for 20 minutes yet not say anything helpful. Either way you get zero critical comments or even a consideration of things to improve...cuz you wouldn't want to offend the company that sent you the product. Shows you the most money is coming from the companies paying for reviews; not ads or click-through links from viewers.

What has really seemed to reach a critical level of "intrusion" are the canned click-bait websites that I think are written by a computer program based on your search results. I mean that in a literal sense; not being humerous. Pages of search returns of websites with strange names that just repeat the same canned text that looks scraped from the OEM's website and churned through some form of a "personalization script" written by Chinese hacks.

And this is all before the paid search bumps and other tricks used to increase the relevancy of your website. Those tactics are employed in force in both topics discussed above. Honestly, it makes areas like this Forum much more valuable for research of any topic.

Yeah, something like that is on my dream list too. I'm hoping to build mine with an apartment at one end for guests, but otherwise it be a huge unfinished garage like that for parties and all my toys. Ideally I'd like to make it a Quonset hut but my other half doesn't like those...

Yep. We (mostly) all run chase lights because of all the dust here. Yesterday the dust was really bad, so running them was a necessity.

Living in one for a week with the military put me at a nope for those (hail in one was so deafening we had to wear double ear protection.... Granted there was no insulation, but still). They can be pretty cool though
