I will have to advise AGAINST patronizing envision Toyota of Milpitas. I was a longtime customer of Piercey, the name under prior ownership. Soon after I bought my last truck (May 21) it was sold.
I had that truck serviced this past Saturday and they broke the back window of my shell.
They are telling me next year to get it repaired. Unacceptable especially this time of year

The story is, backing it up. I said "its got an effing camera!" Plus I have a huge hitch sticking out. I personally think someone hit their knee or something on the hitch and did it out of anger/pain whatever.
I will turn it in to my insurance-I am done with them
    Thanks for good vibes!

    What’s wrong with stock?
That sucks. Careful filing a claim with your insurance company, you may lose any discounts you have. Most companies charge for any claim and you give up your discount. I agree that it is easier to go through your insurance rather than dealing with them. Some companies subrogate correctly and you would at least get your deductible back! But you may not keep the claims free discount.

Be a pest and tell them you want to file a claim with their insurance company. If they don’t work with you ask them if they are working on behalf of their insurance company or independently. Let them know they are acting in bad faith as most states frown on that. For instance if an insurance company works in bad faith in Florida the person can recover three times the indemnity.

I plan to! My insurance company won't do anything to me since I had nothing to do with it.
My 2008 was hit while parked and their insurance, Progressive had a snotty agent in another state telling the $ amount basically over the phone. I hung up on her and let my company deal with it.
I hope it cost a fortune to be honest. I don't see this dealer making it and it's not their product obviously
