    Still rolling stock baby....
    Today on the grill. Roasted a chicken. Marinaded in orange juice over night then stuffed with a pineapple, hit with some olive oil and a webers kickin chicken rub

    Roasted on the Weber kettle at 350 for an hour and a half or so

    Incredible chicken. Moist juicy and light hint of citrus with some heat from the rub. Outstanding.
