I bought a used, low km sc tundra recently. Never even driven a stock one. Seems like the perfect amount of power and I drive like normal %95 of the time. I wanted a daily driver muscle car that can haul a mountain sled.

This is what I found also. So I installed a trd unit with the Toyota tune. No headers. No bully dog...i did do the smaller pulley though.:). The truck pulls waay harder. Even with 37s it pulls nice. It's not fast imo but it's definitely quick and fun to drive.

I said F-it and pulled the trigger.
I just recently had the Magnuson Supercharger installed by Findlay Toyota on my 2008 Tundra with 128,000 miles on it.
They did the Toyota Tune instead of the Bullydog. I'm VERY Happy with it so far. It has only been a week so far though.
It's probably crazy to do it on a High Mileage Tundra but... I guess I will see.

    Still rocking the stock height.
This is something that I have been thinking about doing. But with the cost so high it has it on the very back burner.

Yes its been done am in love with it. the problem was who tuned it first time didnt tune and program it good maybe he was using old files especially when we talk about 2017 models .
One of the good things i did. i asked the guy who tuned my car to install me a button to disconnect all lights example abs , airbags ...etc. when ever i wanna kick some ... because supercharger need to disconnect to enjoy the super power

I had the TRD blower on my 12 dc SR5. Having a supercharged truck is a lot of fun. I do miss the power from time to time, absolutely destroying unexpected tuned diesel trucks, some sports cars and my favorite was beating an older c-4 corvette that had some motor work done to it. I had it on my truck from new, had the truck for 130k miles. I do recommend checking/changing the spark plugs at least every 25k. My tech at Toyota checked them at the first 50k and after that we changed them every 25k. Mine were pretty shot at that range. Other trucks may be different, by no means I’m I a mechanic but that was my experience. Have fun and save money for speeding tickets.

Purchased brand new, in box SC from a vendor.
    Paid Toyota to install it.
Had it less than 10k miles and maybe just over a year before it began to sound like a jar of marbles when there was no load on the engine
Took it to Toyota; they said normal.
Took it to a different Toyota who had their tech being his SC Tundra to compare side by side.
    Tech agreed it wasnt normal.
Toyota flew in their regional tech who has to approve any big repairs like this.
Tech approved repairs and asked me for copies of invoices
    I provided invoices
Mid way thru Toyota calls and tells me their corporate office said to pound sand since SC wasn’t purchased directly from them and I’m to pay out of pocket
Called Toyota and they wouldn’t assist at a corporate level.

The SC has been GREAT !
No Problems except for a small coolant leak from the top Intercooler hose.
Findlay Toyota fixed it at No Charge.

The SC now has about 10K miles on it now and I still LOVE it !
I am probably Harder on it that I should be, but I just can't HELP It !

The only annoying thing is paying $ 3.20 a Gallon for Premium Fuel and chewing up sets of Expensive Tires.

i had the same issue with the coolant leak on my stock reservoir though have no barb on them its just a straight plastic piece so after a few attempts i removed hose and put some silicone on it then reinstalled hose lasted alomst a year so i just ended up buying a billet aluminum one that was ribbed so i knew the hose wouldnt leak again.
