I will get some pics up in a while. But I have towed it out to Arkansas several times and to KY once.

No issues so far. I know when I go to the far west, I will encounter larger mountains but I expect to red beast to conquer those as it has any other mountains so far, just a bit longer trip up and down.

How much does it weigh? That's a pretty big camper to haul with a half ton, especially as a fifth wheel.

I am not sure the total weight, but the "tongue" weight" or towing weight is 7,100 lbs. The Tundra can pull 7,900 lbs!

When I was buying the truck, I had the sales manager speak with the trailer dealership where I had purchased the trailer.

Sales manager said it fell below the limit. I also received a "lifetime power train warranty" so I wanted to be sure it would not void it.

I have driven 1/2 ton Ford and Chevy's and would never try the fifth wheel on them. The Tundra is well built.

My Buddy owned that exact same trailer and it was heavy but he had ceramic floors and oak everywhere. He pulled it with a 3/4 Chevy diesel

I had not even noticed that "pun"!

We coach engaged & married couples and teach marriage seminars.

The "Cougar" was a trailer we liked so enjoy the pun! Glad to make a day better for folks!
