For Tundra, which type is better?

For appearance, in-channel def looks better, but will it cause some problem? like not fully closed?

    Any idea? Any brand recommend?

in channel for sure. No issue running that type. The stick on often come off over time. Anytime I have been a vehicle with one broken or jacked up it was the stick on type.

AVS is good as is weathertech

I have in channel on my '16 CrewMax. I have had both over the years and I hands down prefer the in channel. The ding I have for them is sand and grit gets caught between it and the class. This can cause scratches on the glass over time. The sun here in GA tends to bake the double-sided tape too quickly for me to use the stick on ones. That being said, I have not come across an in channel set for the 3rd Gens.

Absolutely. I will find or wait for an in channel set for my 2022. I do have fine scratches at the top of my window on my current Tundra but the look is better and I don't have to worry about double-sided tape on the paint that will eventually have to be removed.
