When I last posted I stated that the shop I took my truck to said it was most likely bad wheel bearing and wanted to charge me $850 to fix, which I thought was crazy,i asked for feedback on the price and didn't get any.Ok here is the new info I looked back over my contract of where I bought the truck I purchase extra warranty,so I took it back to the dealer where I purchase it and wheel bearings were covered under the plan,so they checked it out and they say that the rotor is warped,i told them that the truck had new rotors all the way around.I tried to question them that you only hear the noise when you turn to the right at speed, and it seems like a wheel bearing, but they wouldn't come off warped rotor.i told them that I wanted it documented, because I don't want this warranty to run out and then it turns out to be the bearing and I brought it back in time.Like to here from yall

Not sure what you mean by that. But me if the rotor was warped it would rub all the time, not just when you make right turns, iam I wrong on this line of thinking.

Usually if it's s warped rotor you feel it when the brakes are applied. You'll feel a shudder in the steering wheel and on the brake pedal.
From front wheel drive cars, you'll get a grinding noise during turns if the CV joint is going out. Is your truck 4x4? Just a thought.

I think they're trying to screw you... Nope, if isn't an item covered under warranty, instead is this item here and sadly sir, that's wear and tear and not covered but to you Mr good customer, we'll give you a great price...

Total bullshit, you need a new dealer. If this is the issue I commented on before, I don't see how those symptoms could be a rotor issue... More importantly, I don't see how your dealer could think that either...

Go to a different dealer for diagnosis and get written confirmation, then go talk with the head of the service desk. Id also mark your rotors so that when you do take it in, you can verify they didn't do the work.

By the sound of it, they'll tell you it's rotors, Bill you for rotors and change the bearings

Ok,guys took truck to my Toyota dealer and got them to check my wheels and they say I have two bad rear wheel bearings,so now have three shops that say I need new bearings.I took the paper work back to the dealer and show them what these other shops were saying, they made copies and told me to leave the truck, seemed pretty nice about it,so we will see how it goes from here.

Got my truck back today, dealer did do both sides, and best of all I didn't have to pay anything except for the running around to the other shops $126.00.The work with parts and labor came to $1200,glad I didn't come out of pocket for that
