Driving for a few hours today and my CE came on.
Ran the scanner and P0171 x2
    and p0440

Any idea whats going on? Last engine work I did was replacing the original exhaust manifolds with new headers, and replaced upstream O2 on both sidee

New STOCK headers, or JBA shorties, or long tubes???

What brand sensor did you replace the upstreams with?

Try cleaning the MAF with MAF cleaner. Brake cleaner isn't the same thing...

    Crucial info!

Also critical! But also must add: WHERE did you buy them? If it wasn't OEM, expect problems. If you bought on scAmazon, expect counterfeits. Buying non-OEM and buying on scAmazon are two critical mistakes when it comes to Toyotas. It's not me being snobby, it's me being honest. Too many people have gotten burned in this community already, on both accounts.

I almost feel like JBA headers are a curse if you don't want CELs.

It's worth saying, one code is EVAP, indicative of a EVAP leak (p0440), which could be anything from "gas cap isn't clicked all the way in or failing" to "you bumped loose a hose or cracked canister while swapping headers".

The other is indicative of your O2 sensors thinking the output of your engine is too lean (P0171 ), i.e. it thinks you're not pushing in enough fuel OR it's detecting too much oxygen, like, you have oxygen leaking in between the exhaust manifold and pre-cat O2, i.e. didn't use fresh manifold bolts, or new gaskets, or didn't torque the headers down properly, or bad manifold gasket, or maybe even intake manifold gasket leak (or improper torque) is allowing excess air in than what the ECU is measuring via the MAF.

Given you didn't mention replacing the fuel injectors or anything related to fuel, I'd suspect that's purely an air issue, i.e. air is coming in from somewhere.
