Amazing what getting rid of chrome mirror caps and replacing them with OEM 040 caps does to the look. Caps were easy to remove, a little tricky to put on. Had to make certain I felt good enough they weren't gonna fly off going down the interstate. Trust me, you'll think they are on when they really aren't. And I understand no one really gets excited about mirror caps swap but me. What do you expect from a newbie rook. haha

As an aside: Also stripped out the old paint guard stickies behind the handles. Getting rid of 8 years of dirt makes you feel good and truck looks better too. A long way to go to get where I want it to be. :amen:

Had to remove all the PPF on our 2015 Sequoia when we bought it because it had turned to the ugly crap yours did. Plastic razor blade and some Goof Off did the trick. Just took a bit of time. Looks so much better.

Yeah, I really didn't notice how bad it looked until I took off all the badges a couple weeks ago along with the film going down the edge of the doors. Now that is gone the truck looks so much more "slick" than it did, if that makes any sense. Removing the door handles also allowed me to clean the black gaskets behind the handles which were amazingly dirty.
