I have a 2005 Tundra that went into limp mode with codes P0418 and P2445. I replaced the secondary air injection pump 17600-0F010, the secondary air injection pump control valve 25710-50022, and both secondary air injection pump check valves 25720-50011 and 25720-50020. The truck ran great for a couple of days. The codes came back and the truck went back into limp mode. I can clear the codes and the truck runs fine for a day or so then they and limp mode come back. What do I need to try next?

X2 on the bypass kit. I use it and haven't had an issue.

Thanks very much for the suggestion. I looked into the bypass kit when the problem first occurred. It looks like an easier alternative to replacing the air injection system parts. But, I like the idea of keeping things original. Since it looked like a fun challenge, I went with installing the new secondary air injection system parts (OEM Toyota). As I understand it, now that I have all new parts, I don't think I have anything that needs bypassing. If I'm mistaken here please help sort me out. What other issues could be the problem?

First question: Where did you buy the parts? There's been a rash of counterfeit parts purchased through scAmazon and fleaBay, and even other online-only retailers at this point. It's a lucrative market and scammers are popping up everywhere. Gotta ask for that reason.

Hewitt's website talks about both codes a bit. There are a gaggle of reasons for some setting, including the air pump fuse being blown. Did you check it? Vacuum hoses being missed and the pressure sensor and/or its harness being damaged or poorly plugged seem to be another.

But there's also a specific TSB pertaining to these two codes setting together. See attached. First step says if you have these codes together, replace the secondary air injection control driver. Wonder if that was the problem all along?

The parts came from Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati. That gaggle of reasons is what I'd like to eliminate. I could use some help with things like the location of that fuse and how I replace the secondary air injection control driver. There was some roaring/rattling sound coming out from beneath the intake that went away after I replaced the parts so I think at a minimum the air injection pump was going bad.

Secondary Air Injection System Bypass Kit
First I want to thank @weadjust and @2006Tundra for recommending the Bypass Kit. We recently joined the forum and looking to help educate owners about the inevitable Secondary Air Injection failures. I will commend you on using Factory Components because aftermarket will cause you more problems then resolve. We deal with these issues every day and if there is anything we can do to add value please let us know. Below is a link to a thread with some additional SAIS details.
