07 Tundra maintenance problem

So for some time now, my truck, it could happen in an hour in a day or next week, but my traction light, vsc off, rsca off, slip indicator light, 4hi and 4low will blink. My truck will not get out of first gear and wont go over 35 mph. Ive disconnected my battery and reconnected it before and it worked. But today for some reason isnt letting me do that today. My EFI no 1 replay is popped. Deicer relay is popped, fog and stop are popped, breakers 1 and 2 are popped, head lh is popped, etcs popped and ign is popped. Any help on what is going on please help me out.
