Yes sir, accordion boot, X-Wide, it’s wide enough, but you have to manipulate it, to follow the curves of the TRD PRO, rear window.

Got tired of looking at my panel sitting on my work bench so decided to install. Still trying to decide what switches I need for what, so this is how it'll sit for the time being. I messed it up a bit doing some work on it, but I only notice it if I stare at it too hard. Awesome product @abomb60

hey so how did you manage to get a switch plate without the bolts in the four corners?

It was a bondo experiment for me. I was wondering if I could do it, so I tried it. Honestly took me 3 tries to get it to a "that'll work" spot. It's far from perfect, you can see the imperfections. The bolts are in there, just under a nice layer of Bondo

Will the switches just click in front the top since you can’t take the plate off.

I can remove the plate. It's still attached using the nut and bolt technique. I used extra strength super glue on the head of the bolts and tightened them down with the nuts to try to get it to stay. Then I just layered it with Bondo. Let it set, then sanded, and painted. Still not perfect. The first attempt, I didn't secure the bolts, so when I tightened it down on the console piece the bolts pulled down a bit and you could see circle indentions on the corners.

Looks good to me. I have Bunny Burner, Raptor lights, and an Air horn switches in mine. Now if someone would design a setup for the lower part of the console area just below the USB area on the 2020. I need a couple more switch spots. :D

I was actually thinking the same thing not that long ago, I don't use that area for anything anyways. I might start working on a design for that area when I get a chance.

So I just got mine installed. There's some cutting you have to do under the panel that comes out to get switches to fit.

For those installing CH4X4 double switches, just know that they have a slightly different latching piece and it doesn't take much for them to come out. I don't know why they changed that from the normal ones.

Does anyone know if @abomb60 is still printing those 3-switch panel inserts?

I haven’t been able to get in contact with him.

Sorry been away for a bit and just getting back. I have 10 switch panels ready to go so I will reply later today to those who sent me PM's. Once these 10 are gone those may be the last of them until Fall at the earliest as I am tied up with other projects.

The Ender3 is a cheap but capable printer. But I'm not sure they will want to share the STL file if they are selling the product. I'd start with some calibration prints to get the settings for your filament dialed in

I remember the file being somewhere on this forum but I’d be happy to buy if there were some made up without the screws on top.

Yeah that should work just fine. The original file is around here somewhere but I can share it as well as the version I created without the top holes. I was just printing these to help out others on the forum and not as a source of income :)

The original one that Adam started with is posted in my build thread (check my signature, then it's linked in the first post). I may have to ask him for the non-screw one in return...

Not a problem just give me a place to post it with yours if you can.

For those with orders in already I'm just running a bit behind. Having a printer issue for those that wanted no top holes so still working through that and it's my birthday tomorrow so my plans are out the window this weekend in favor of what the wife has planned for me (which at least for today was finally, after 5 years of painstaking research, buying a travel trailer!). If anyone has any tow mirror suggestions please let me know ... https://www.tundras.com/threads/tow-mirrors.111458/#post-2877119

For those who ordered the normal with hole version they are printed and will ship to you Monday.

I received my switch panel from @abomb60 today and can’t wait to install it. For those that have the panel w/o screws showing, are there any recommendations for which screws to secure it with? Thanks.
