Good plan, I'm still trying to decide what I want to black out or remove myself. Are you paint matching or blacking out the grill surround?

I wanna keep the silver insert with black surrounding and black emblem. Think that will look good. It will make the emblem pop hopefully. Will post some finished pics tomorrow when i get them done. I have put on 4 coats and will probably do a couple more tomorrow.

only chrome left is the front door handles, mirror caps, and the rear bumper. might finish those up this weekend. Has anyone plasti dipped their tool box. seems like it might be a pain in the ass to do.

I painted my toolbox before I put it in the truck. It's a huge PITA if you've got a lot of crap in your box and need to remove all of it to move it.
I'm curious what that rubber thing is above your tailgate handle.

Sorry been a while since I posted any updates. 2 inch level.in the front with 275/65/18 tires to answer chuchos question. The rubber mat above my handle is to keep the trailer from denting my tailgate. plus makes it easier to grip the tailgate when closing.

So since my last post i have installed the 3/1 eibach lift from Toytec. And upgraded to a 275/70/18 Nitto Ridgegrappler tire.

Future plans are to upgrade aftermarket front and rear bumpers. Probably next year though though. I haven't figured out what style light bar I want to add but that is definitely in the mix. still debating on fender flares whether to go black or color match? weather tech floor liners are going to be my next investment along with upgrading my stereo. I so want a back up camera and touch screen lol.

That's a good idea I've actually got a small dent around that area on my tailgate.
