Toyota Connected Services Issues

    I had recently posted that the Toyota app had not been working for me since June 27th. Nothing has updated, and the truck’s navigation and whatnot is not responding either. So last night I turned off connected services and turned back on. I went to scan the QR code to connect again, and the truck says “service not available”.

    So I finally broke down and called Toyota, and the guy told me that I had authorized everything on my end; but the truck says it hasn’t been authorized yet. So he has me press the SOS button, and doesn’t connect. He then tells me I have to go to the dealer and have them reset some data services module because the app will not update, nor will the different services work without that being reset; that the truck isn’t being tracked. Anybody else had this problem?

    I’m going through the same thing. Picked up the Pro. Completed enrollment and app set up in the lot before I left. All good right? Nope. I go to test the services later that night and no data services. Dealership and tech support tried to reboot, but can’t get to a QR code to scan. Getting pretty annoyed.

    update: The Toyota Brand Engagement Center helped me get the connected services reset and I am now able to create profiles. Communication was great!
