I came across this youtube video where the guy disconnects his fuel line, pulls the fuel pump fuse & runs the car on carb cleaner to clean out the fuel injectors.
Has anyone tried this? If so, where/what fuel line would you tap into to try something like this?

Or you could just add a bottle of Seafoam in your gas tank and it will do the same thing.

Have no input on this method. As far as fuel injector cleaning or fuel additives, I'm satisfied with putting it on the hwy monthly to work carbon loose and use what I feel is good quality gas that uses good detergent.
I also make sure my throttle body is cleaned on a periodic basis.....every 3-6 months and more often if I'm in the mood.

Just take your gas tank down to 1/8 - 1/4 tank. Add an entire bottle of Seafoam. Drive around for 30-40 miles, ideally at constant 1600-2200 RPM, like on the highway.

It'll do the exact same thing. Seafoam is just highly-refined petroleum, you cannot put too much in your engine, but a concentration of 1 bottle to 2-5 gallons is more than enough concentration to safely clear out your injectors.

I also use it in my crankcase 100 miles before oil changes at the amount they give at their website to help clear out varnish, free up valves, etc.

I use it in the fuel of all my small engines also, and to over-winter anything with a gas tank, it's a fuel stabilizer.

    that's perfect info, thanks!
I normally add to my engine a few hundred prior to an oil change also.
Gonna go buy a truck sized sea foam right meow & let my tank run lower than usual....

DO I LOOK LIKE A CAT TO YOU, BOY?!?

Standard sized bottle if perfect for a couple gallons of gas.
