Which differential rebuild kit is best for the Tundra?

A couple scenarios here, maybe you have high mileage and it's just time, maybe changing your gear ratio, or in my case, adding an Auburn Pro LSD and a rebuild kit is recommended at the same time. So what brand is best? I hear Yukon, Nitro, and Koyo (which I'm told is great for the Tundras?), and Timken which I think are maybe used in some of the above mentioned kits. All I read is one bashing the other, and calling different shops, each shop seems to have a preference. So I ask the knowledgeable members here... Any advice?

When I talked with Just Differentials about ordering the Auburn Pro, you are told up front that a carrier bearing kit is required whether going on a new truck or as in my case a truck with 58K. Was told the same thing by Axles and Gear (Western Drivetrains) who specializes primarily in Yukon differential products and who will be putting mine in. I haven't heard of many issues with our rearends, especially if maintained properly. Koyo and Timken are highly regarded. Nitro has a good rep for their products.Tundras are limited in diff's that are out there unfortunately. There are plenty of various rebuild kits. On a side note the Hino rear axles are as strong as the competition's 3/4 and 1 ton axles in their trucks. Contact your nearest Western Drivetrains. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable and unbiased.
