I have a similar thing on my 370z called a sprint booster. It basically increases the speed that your throttle bodies open up. So it doesn’t give you more power, it just gives you the power faster.

It made a noticeable difference with my Z. Could have done a tune, but this was cheaper and can be removed easily.

It can make the throttle more/less jumpy/touchy/sensitive, like when you're going over a speed bump and trying to not spill your coffee in your lap, or off road.

doesn’t really have anything to do with affecting the vehicles power or lack thereof. If I punch into it it takes a few seconds for me butt dyno to feel the response without the controller. If I punch into it with the throttle controller on sport mode I notice an instant response and truck moves forward quicker

maybe it actually works as advertised or maybe it’s all in the users head, who knows! But for $65 I’ll be keeping it

They work fine for now. I am thinking about an upgrade to my suspension in the future. I haven't hauled any real weight with the truck yet. Just mainly lumber and kayaks so far.

Third(?) Toyota WS ATF drain and fill over the last 20k miles.

Much cleaner than what came out of there, which I was fairly impressed with anyway. Leaps and bounds better than what the original owner left in there.

(New WS ATF in the center)
    20220724_142647.jpg

I've got at least one more drain and fill planed in the next 5k.

Also replaced the radiator cap, because of (justified?) fear from this forum caused by breakage and subsequent inhalation into the cooling system.

Removed the hard water stains all over the passenger side window. Looked terrible in the sunlight since it has 5% tint. Now it looks brand new. Ill be doing the rest of the windows next weekend.

    Very surprised with this stuff.

We're you coming from the factory air suspension?

I imagine any sprung, offroad oriented suspension is going to be quite a bit more harsh than a buttery air suspension.

I bought a used passenger side window since mine had some heavy duty scratches on the outside and it came full of water spots and stains. Finally got tired of it and gave it a shot. Took maybe 20 minutes to do my entire window.

Okay, I'm a total noob when it comes to these polishing wheels, but which one of these applicators would I use on the windshield??? Thanks for the link btw!

I was! But the GX eibach kit compared to the Tundra OEM suspension is night and day. The Tundra soaks up road bumps a lot better but could be the tuning of the eibach kit being more digressive.

I would think either one of the sponges. The sponge that came in my package had decent sized holes

I would think any would work on the windshield. But I would start coarse and work my way to fine.

(orange- coarse; yellow- medium; blue- fine)

My BA 20" exhaust came yesterday. Mechanic will install on Tuesday. As usual, Keith at Dirty Deeds Exhaust was a pleasure to work with!

I'd venture to guess, even Keith's 24 inch systems won't be mistaken for "stock," certainly not under a load. I'll report back when this 20" is installed on Tuesday.

I, for one, am quite excited to hear what this system sounds like.

Im personally more than happy with the factory system, but know it will wearout at some point, and I may not be willing to foot the bill for a factory replacement.

We're all different. I will say with Keith's systems, you're getting a custom designed exhaust, that's tailored for you and your uses. His lifetime sound warranty is something not found on other systems. His professionalism and knowledge is rare these days too.

    Alright.

Wasn't quite looking for a date... but it's possible I reconsider now, following the glowing testimonial.

I still eagerly await a reaction/video of the sound difference.

I finally decided to pay a shop to install my struts and control arms as I wasn’t getting around to it. Pretty happy so far! Will get out for proper testing soon.
