Cut the red wire first, then cut the green wire. NEVER CUT THE BLUE WIRE.

Wait, sorry........that's for diffusing a bomb.

Can I get a few more details? What are we looking at here? Where on the truck is it? What system is this connected to (exhaust? mechanical? Lubrication?)?

He called it camshaft position sensor but im sure its the crankshaft position sensor. Looks like the wires got ripped out of it plus another wire from something in the vicinity. I tried to find a wiring schematic for him but failed. Trying to figure out what wire goes where.

if the yellow thing is attached to the block, it might be the knock sensor?

These wires go to the crankshaft sensor.way up behind the fan. They hook up there, pig tell. But the factory wire are all together. Their is a yellow wire that runs with them but it is not in the same housing. The other wire that concerns me is the one that is in that other sensor thing or whatever it is. I will post more pics

The yellow??????? The thing down there with that red wire coming out is lonely. Where does it go to. Does this truck have a cam sensor if that the crank where's the CAM sen. You can see the crankshaft sensor. That other tho g with the red wire comin6from connector is about 6 Inchez in front of it behind the fan.

Which engine do you have? I think we're looking at the Camshaft Position Sensor

Well still not sure, hard to match up the picture to the diagram. Need some more info OP. Is your picture taken on the front of the block? The pic is so close I can't really see surround landmarks.

So does it ha e a CAMSHAFT and crankshaft sensors. I know that From the top of the motor they run down in why the wires come to AY1 side goes on top and connect to the compressor and the other half go behind the pulleys and belts and go down into that sensor but there's 3 wires A red a green and they're inside AA to me and a yellow wire with black stripe is going down there with them now the other thing is that that thing that looks like the oil sensor I have no idea where the wire coming out of the all sensor or whatever goes so maybe could possibly be the red wire goes the yellow wire goes into where the red wire is those are the only 2 wires that don't connect
