Finally pulled the trigger and picked up a 2014 CrewMax Limited. I figured I might as well create a build thread so I can track all of the money Im dumping into this thing :). Here are a few stock photos. I will list modifications on order below and post pictures as the parts come in and I install them.

Im kind of torn on what I should do for suspension. I dont do a ton of off-roading. I go to the drive on beach in the summer and that is about the extent of it. I do work on a 400 acre nursery which is all dirt and gravel but nothing extreme. I would like to lift the truck enough to get a better look and accommodate some larger tires in the future. I was originally interested in the TRD pro suspension. However, I have read several threads stating its not worth the money and to go with the Bilstein 6112/5160 setup. It is about the half the cost as well! Maybe you guys could make a few suggestions? Forgive me if I should not ask in this forum. I will post in the suspension forum if this is not favorable.

    Mods currently in the works:

    • Retrofit headlights with RX350 projectors/TRD etching/Panamera LED Shrouds/Morimoto LED strip. @eledobleu has completed the headlights and they are currently being shipped back to me. Retrofit thread
    • TRD Dual Exhaust
    • TRD Rear Sway Bar
    • BakFlip MX4 - (Trifecta in the stock pictures is what it came with. Not really crazy about it and the vinyl has a hole in it, so its out.
    • Morimoto Fog Lights
    • LED bulbs from Headlight Revolution for the interior, license plate, cargo, and third brake light.
    • TRD Shift Knob
    • Husky Liners
    • Factory Exhaust tip. (Coming off though because I opted for the TRD Exhaust shortly after purchase. If anyone is interested in it, make me an offer. It has been installed for 2 weeks)

He really has, Leo has done a great job and is very pleasant to work with. It was expensive but well worth it. The stock headlights are terrible.

Yes well worth it you got that right. I love mine! I can't picture my truck with the stock lights anymore!
Toyota should just hire Leo to make the lights for the tundra so they come stock when buying a new tundra :D

Alright guys. Been a little busy, but here is what I have been working on.
    • Toytec Radflo Lift
    • Fuel Nutz wheels and Toyo Open Country A/T II tires
    • Color matched hood bulge, lower grill surround, front bumper end caps, rear bumper end caps
    • Bushwacker pocket style fender flares
    • New sound system - I will link to the audio build thread once its up for the details. I had a JBL system so there is a lot to it.

How'd your alignment turn out with stock UCA's? Thinking I may go with the Radflos on the front, and not many guys on here with the 2.5's have stock control arms.

My alignment worked out perfect but from what I understand, it varies from vehicle to vehicle. I still plan on getting UCAs later, once my wife is over the 7K I have just spent :ballchain:
