I just got some new housings that have a projector for low beam only, as well as hid lights for them. I have a relay harness, the ballasts, bulbs and all. I’m at the point where everything is hooked up except the relay harness to the factory one. Is there some sort of conversion kit from the connectors that are on the relay harness to the factory ones?

You can get a relay harness that connects to the factory headlight harness from theretrofitsource.com.

Thanks for shooting me in the right direction, but I’m not real sure which option I need to go with. Like I said, they’re for the low beams. Everything fits except the plug that goes into the factory harness. Again, thanks.

Ok check it out. You can make your own with this plug. Is it the triple plug? I’m unfamiliar with the 2nd Gen headlights. If it is, this is it. Wire up as necessary after using a test light to check your low beams and ground. You only need to use one side to trigger the relay.

These are not the same, unfortunately. It is just two prongs that fit into a little oval shape. My problem was that the prongs were too far apart on the relay harness. I am doing away with these headlights and looking to do AlphaRex Pro Series housings with an HID Conversion. Hopefully it is a little more plug n play. Do you have any info on this?

On that specific kit, I don’t have any info. But any HID kit will require pretty much what you have already, all tou need is the plug to go to your existing headlight plug. An option is to tap into the existing wires, but it’s just as easy to get the correct plug and wire it clean.
