We are going to be installing Bilstein 5100's on my brother in laws 2008 Tundra CM. It does not have the dash control headlight levelers like the newer trucks do. I searched around some and need to know the screw or knob location for the headlight adjustment after lift. Thanks in advance.

Here is a picture of the driver side headlight. One inside the red circle is the side-to-side adjuster and one his 'middle' finger is pointing to is the up-and-down adjuster. (If you try to adjust the driver side headlight without first taking the battery out, you may understand what that middle finger may mean, haha)

If you use a long shank Philips #2 screwdriver straight down the groove to the adjuster as it was intended to be used, you won't feel the need to deploy your middle finger(s) at all. As shown in @bobeast 's link.
    ;)

A man with proper tools! You are correct. I did it with normal screwdriver and I will never attempt this without taking the battery out (or getting the proper tool). :D

You'd be one of the few to think of this with installing a lift / leveling kit. And for that, and on behalf of all those that don't get blinded, and don't know they would have been otherwise, I thank you.
