No-Drill Kayak Racks?

Hey all, first time poster. I've been lurking around here for a while and have been amazed by the dedication to this truck around here! After ~3,300 miles, this truck has been everything I was looking for -- really no complaints here.

Anyhow, I'm looking for a decent bed rack for 2 kayaks. I'd really like a no-drill solution that works with the utility track system. Also not trying to break the bank, but I know that might be asking for too much. I've found a few possible solutions on Amazon (like

TracRac TracONE Universal Truck Rack- Silver

this one) but I'm not sure if they're compatible with the track system or if they're any good.

Any recommendations are appreciated! Thank you all in advance.

 

In the 2.5 generation you cannot use those clamps with the track system. They get in the way of the clamp fitting under the bedside “lip”. I modified my track system by dropping them with brackets about 2” and could still use the clamps for the rack and the track system (minimal securing to the rack system as the brackets would bend if I ratcheted anything down too tightly). It may be different on the third gen so YMMV.

 

Probably better off going with Billie Bars or KB Voodoo system…

Just bought a new kayak rack for my 22 last weekend, I had the tracrac one on my 12 Tundra but it didn't work with the 22. I did a lot of research and didn't want to spend 1K+ on a Thule or Yakima rack. They look good with the black with black chrome crossbars It works with the bed tracks and has locks to prevent thieft. I found it on sale at ebay for $339 from autoanything 2 weeks ago, its since gone up in price. I made these work for the Thule TracRac that was on my 2018. I needed a solution as soon as I bought the truck. The brackets aren’t the correct size so I added about 3/8” of rubber under the rack to make them usable. I’ve had them on since April, the rack is used nearly everyday, I drive through the car wash often and they have not moved at all.

Great replies! @aguninc that looks pretty in-line with what I was looking for. I think I'll keep an eye on the prices for a couple weeks to see if they drop again.
