That is the EXACT truck I was trying to get before the Pro miraculously showed up. Good on you for staying strong and patient and refusing to pay that markup. Now we just need the next 24 in line to do the same and some of this nonsense could begin to change...

not too much of a stretch to get to 80k on a capstone since i think they are running around 73k base price. add in just a few factory packages/options and its 80k easy.

    Advanced Package with options $1,335
PVM + BSM Tow Mirrors, Advanced Package, 50 State Emissions

    Accessories

    Bed Mat $195
Bed Utility Package with Extender $794
Paint Protection Film (Front Bumper) $485
Paint Protection Film (Hood, Fenders, Door Cups & Mirror Backs) $395
TRD Cast Aluminum Running Boards $995
Delivery, Processing & Handling Fee $1,695

comes to just under 80k (79,424)

thank god i have a 2 dealers that only do msrp and no ADM.

Didn’t realize this was a capstone paperwork. Thought it was limited, and was freaking out lol.

I am in the same position. My Pro got delayed a few months, so no truck on my vacation/road trip either!

Me too. Been on the list at my dealership since August 2021. Got an allocation in March (IIRC) originally for August delivery, now delayed to November. Have a family road trip in July that we'll just use my wife's SUV for but a hunting trip in October that I'll need to use another truck for. I'm trying to look at it positively of all the bugs and learning they'll have worked out by the time my truck hits the assembly line.

This is my outlook on this too. If the later build trucks have better quality, then I won't be too unhappy with the delay.

I’ll be seeing her finally Friday, then driving 13hrs to get her lifted and dechromed at Adventure Motors KC, then off the C4 to pick up some bumpers (hopefully) and off to Montana for work!

I have a black 1794 Hybrid 6.5 bed, saddle tan interior, advanced option, tow mirrors, and couple other accessories in my name and due to be built next week.
If anyone in the north east/New England area with a similar build wants to swap - I don't particularly want Black exterior. I'd swap with any other colors except Green and Red. 5.5 or 6.5 bed is fine.
If I cant swap by then I'll live with the Black.

Got called yesterday saying 6/16 build day for my 1974 4x4 hybrid with trd package 5.5’ bed in celestial silver. Told about 1 month for delivery after that. Dealership also agreed to MSRP, but nowhere have i seen what actual MSRP is? When i built my truck on the toyota website a few months ago i got $73k tag, but when i rebuilt it online yesterday it was $64k (on toyota website). I’m in oregon so no taxes, but i still don’t know my final price.

Here's my spec sheet for a hybrid 1794. Hopefully it gives you some idea. I've probably been bellyaching too much about this, but I'd be aware of the fact that these trucks are leaving the distributor with a bunch of accessories that you won't want/need.

Yeah, the only add on for me is the TRD package. I kinda laughed inside when my sales person told me disappointedly they “couldn’t do add on accessories - like spray in bed liner and bed cover” beyond just the 1794 with TRD package. Cause obviously i wanna pay dealer markup for easy to add after market parts. lol

Maybe I need to come out west and talk to your dealer. The gun safe and dash cam are a total waste, as are the $60 usb cables.

Anyone else experiencing a delay on allocations? Seems like most dealers got an initial allocation of hybrids/Pros and nothing since.

I was told one I'm looking at should be in by end of month. Suppose to be in transit. 2022 limited crewmax 4x4 Hybrid.

Sound like they will be hitting pavement before long. I have yet to see one yet moving around.

I'm still waiting. Build date was 4/29. All I hear is excuses from my dealer, and he's blaming Gulf States Toyota.
