I just replaced the high beam headlight bulbs in my Tundra with a GEN 3 kit from Headlight Revolution. I watched several YOUTUBE videos before I ordered the kit. I installed the kit and had nothing.... High beams were non-existent. I called customer service and he told me to install both sides and see if that could be the issue. I did so and called him back when nothing worked. He indicated he had talked to a tech between my calls and gave me instructions to try turning the plugs over. He stayed on the line until I had completed his suggestion to ensure it solved my problem. As the bulb locks were backwards on the plugs he suggested I tape the connection together and if I experienced any problems going forward to give him a call back.
I can't believe the difference at night. I actually can see where I'm going. I did a similar update to my BMW motorcycle a while back (hitting deer in the past on the bike makes you want to see better) and that's what prompted the Tundra update. Great work by Headlight Revolution! Thanks to the Tundra member for suggesting I give them a try.
