    looks like body mounts to me but I'm just starting to learn about the truck in detail so id double check. Man those things got beat up

    Definitely looks like the cab/body mounts. The cab is bolted to the frame is several locations on each frame rail. These “donut” rubber isolators help keep down vibrations, squeaks, noise between the cab and the frame. Keeps the cab and frame from just being squeezed together metal on metal.


    I’m sure they can be replaced fairly easily. I would shoot some WD40 or penetrating oil on the bolts to help get them out. If you are going to replace I would do all of them, one at a time (if possible) to help keep everything aligned.
