    :rofl:Yeah, I don't know what started it but a few months ago, certain movements started bringing me to my knees with the pain.

    Worst thing is, I go to the PT office and was reminded that my time for today is 3:15! Well, I have a lot of work to do so I just came in early.

    That is not the only problem. The utility company I work for had to give everyone 15% raise in June last year and some will get another 3.5% this next month (high five myself). We all will probably get another 3.5% by the end of the year as well. We can't keep people. Housing is so expensive and wages have not kept up. We just lost a power plant mechanic due to wages. He was offered 10.00 more per hour, a very large sign on bonus and moving cost to go up to Portland, OR. He found a place about an hour outside Portland that is nice. He listed his house here for 975K and sold in a couple hours. He lives 5 minutes from my place. That's how crazy things are right now.

    Yup. Problem is my new company won't give us raises. I had to negotiate my wage and it's already in need of a raise due to inflation and rising cost of living. Something has to give soon or it's going to be a repeat of 2008 or worse.

    Your company will start losing employees then...and usually in groups. We had a hard time running system critical divisions (power plants, Lineman, Gas regulation/construction, Water) and overtime was killing the budget.

    Well....I do own mineral rights in ND with 3 oil wells on it.:rofl: High fuel prices don't bother me as much as you might think.:anonymous:

    Actually, production hasn't increased...so my Mom (that's who I give the money to) hasn't seen much of an increase. There is a very direct supply issue for sure.
