Yeah I figured I'd just spend the few bucks and get a new one. Someone was selling a practically-new takeoff tailpipe section with a clamp and I was going to meet to pick it up, then he just ghosted me. My 2010 tailpipe is looking a little nasty.

Anyone got the Pn for the clamps and gaskets?

When I start my truck I can hear an exhaust leak somewhere under the cab so I should probably replace all the gaskets and clamps.

The tailpipe gasket comes with the DD system. The 2 gaskets that run from the mid pipes to the muffler system are 90917-A6002. Not sure what the exhaust clamp part number is off hand. Perhaps @dirtydeeds may

The parts diagram shows 9008046263 as the rear exhaust clamp. However, the "what this fits" section doesn't list the 5.7 as compatible. I did a search of that number here and Roman did confirm that part number as being correct.

I am going back and forth with the 8" or 6". I want to sound great while cruising around.

I originally went with the 10 and then switched to an 8. I like the 8 in comparison but I find that it sounds kind of monotone at cruising speeds from inside the cab. I'm sure it sounds much better outside, but if I had to do it again I would go with the 6 in hopes that it would give a more aggressive sound inside the cab while cruising.

Thank you so much. That helps as I agree with you. I am one of those that really enjoy the sound within the cab.

Can we have the pipe cut for the resonator already? I’d like to get the 10 but don’t won’t any drone and don’t want to bother with cutting and messing it up. How bad is the drone without the resonator? I’ve had the trd exhaust on another tundra double cab version and never really noticed a drone.

I ran mine without the resonator for a bit, there was pretty nice drone so I decided to put it on. You have to cut a small hole in the exhaust pipe to attach the resonator. The DD exhaust system does not include an exhaust pipe so you would have to cut your own hole since you re-use your stock pipe. Its really not that difficult, just making sure you rough fit it first, then mark it, then cut. I just used a dremel with a cutting wheel and cut an x in the exhaust pipe, then peeled back each leaf of the x and then cut off each leaf to make the hole.

Was going to give you a call about placing an order Friday but got caught up in some stuff and forgot because I'm still undecided on which size to purchase. Guess I got some adequate time to decide now until the next sale pops up.... When's that gonna be?!

@dirtydeeds , Just curious, what is the current lead time on these systems? I placed my order on 4/7 and am venturing into that "usually sooner" than 30 days territory :D. No rush, and I know you all are working hard, it's just that the anticipation is building up!

Has anybody who ordered in early April received a shipping notification yet? Just curious where they're at in production!

@dirtydeeds , Thought I'd check one more time on the production time. It's been over 30 days since I ordered and I still haven't heard anything. Thanks!

Mine was ordered on April 6. I have a shipping notice showing them arriving tomorrow, May 10. Will install and report back. I spoke with Keith last week and early April order dates were in the process of finishing up. I think they were about a week behind, but don't quote me on that.
