The volume level for each audio source is different. I changed from XM to FM and then to USB and they were all different. If you change the level for one source none of the other levels change.

I don't notice enough of a difference between FM and USB for it to bother me.

He means the volume setting is separate for all sources. You can have it set to 5 on FM and 55 on bluetooth, change one and it doesn't affect the other, and it remembers it for that source. Just have to be careful if you're jamming out to one, if you switch back later you might have a rude awakening :D.

If you are hauling ass with the cruise control and hit a corner the truck will slow down based ln steering input

I was on here posting about how awful the lights were, dangerous and can't see any distance at all in front of you and then noticed that dial. Of course it was set to have them shining almost directly into the ground. Turned the other way and headlights went from the worst in history to darn near mediocre! Now just have to do the LED upgrade and life will be complete.

1st couple of years I didn’t know I had defrost built in my side mirrors. It’s a nice feature.

The other day I told my wife about this. So I tried it and got my finger stuck. Man did it hurt trying to get my finger out. I did notice the visor slides on the rod making it adjustable.

you can use the standard key fob to remote start your truck:
    1. press lock button once (truck should beep)
    2. press lock button a second time within 3 seconds (truck should beep again)
    3. press and hold lock button a third time within 3 seconds (hold til lights flash and it starts)
    :bananadance:
Works on my 2021 without the app. The downside is you have to be within range of the remote.

Saw this picture a page ago talking about the adjustable headlights and was reminded of another thread where the guy was very excited to find that his truck had a jellyfish launcher

I tried this on my 2018 and it didn't work. Then I was told it has to be a 2019 or newer. LOL

    My 2016 has it.

It's a dealer installed remote start. I believe it's done when they come in at the port.

Not true either. I have a 2020 and it doesn’t work. Must be for higher trim levels only.

My 2021 SR5 SX doesn't have it either. I would trade a few options for the remote start to have been included.

Mine is a SX also. Don’t know what I would trade for remote start. You?

I would trade any of the hands free/audio features like steering wheel controls for radio, the push to talk voice button thingy

Push to talk, yes. Radio controls, no way. I only use those. I don’t even know if I would really use a remote start to tell you the truth.

Most guys complain that it sucks solely for the reason your truck cuts off when you open the door. Doesn't bother me though.

If someone tried to steal their truck after a remote start, I bet they’d change their tune pretty quickly.

I believe remote start was only standard for 2020-2021 SR5 and up models that have push button start.

Something that Toyota appears to have added at some point after 2016 because my prior Tundra didn't do this but my 2021 does. When stopped on an incline with the brake pedal pushed, the truck will hold the brake for you for a few seconds after releasing the brake to keep you from rolling backwards.

I use mine daily here in Texas. I work on the 4th floor, so i look out my office window, remote start the truck, pack up my bag and by the time I'm at my truck it has cooled down from like 160 degrees to about 130 degrees. i actually would rather have remote window roll-down like my 2004 Sequoia had...

I just got the 3WLiners kit to do the four window roll down. Hoping to install today. Not sure if I've messed it up as since I ordered the kit, I changed the driver window switch from the only roll down auto to one that does auto up and down.

They sell specific kits for both. Which kit did you order?
