Rear brakes dragging?

With the nicer weather starting to make an appearance I've been driving more with the rear window down and I'm hearing what sounds like brakes dragging just a bit. Like a metallic constant rubbing. I pulled off both rear wheels, put the truck in neutral and turned the rotors and there is some resistance but not a lot. Rear rotors are also noticeably hotter to the touch than fronts after a drive. Doesn't seem like a dust shield issue, but I really don't know if the wheels should fully free wheel or if there should be some rub/resistance. It's possible this started when I rotated my wheels as I used the e brake while it was in the air, but I can't be certain. Is there anything I can check with the e brake to see if it's hanging up a bit? TIA

 

Pull the caliper pins out and grease them

 

And, check for rust on the rotors, sometimes after sitting you may get some rust, noise would go away after using the brakes a few times

 

Could be your backing plate or a rock stuck in there.

You could try one of these. Drive around for awhile and brake hard then see if one is much hotter.
