I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7 l The problem is that when I go up a hill it does not go more than 30 miles per hour What could it be
Is not 4x4

 

Like it won't to higher gears?

sometimes I slow down and feel like it drops the gear but other times I do it and it's on high like 4000 rpm and I ease off the throttle and it doesn't drop the gear
I bought the truck in second hands; but I ran the truck from Fl to Al and everything good;no has catalytic and the VCSR light is on

 

What's FI and AI.. Oh from. FL to AL you mean.

If you have vcsr light on that you may be being limited by some Toyota system to not screw up your car up. Can you take a pic and show us?

I didn't even know Tundra have a Cat light on the dash. Or maybe it's something else.

 

you may need some more transmission fluid...check that ASAP...not shifting or clunky-shifting tends to be low fluid...
