I was browsing around found that procharger has a "coming soon" for the Tundra.
    https://www.procharger.com/toyota-superchargers

I shot them an email and they said:
"Thanks for your interest in a ProCharger Supercharger. We’re currently finalizing the 4Runner and Tacoma R&D process at this time. We’re also hoping to offer a supercharger system for the Tundra later this year as well, but we haven’t started the R&D process yet. Keep an eye on our Facebook page and/or website blog as new information comes available. We’ll keep your contact information on file and please give us a call with any additional questions you may have."

I also asked if it would be carb legal and they said:
"It’s possible, but will likely be sometime next year at the earliest to have a CARB approval."

They have some really interesting numbers on other vehicles, like the ram is a 160+ Hp gain at 7psi.

I bet @ViktorG could spin that thing up to 14psi. :burnrubber:

    Thanks for sharing!
I asked them over a year ago about something for the Tundra. Glad to see there’s some progress.

Wonder the exact cost and performance ratings when they do come out with one for the tundra.. Right now I’m sold on the Magnuson, I think I might be a little more patient and see what else is out there.

We won’t know until we see it of course, but I’d be willing to bet the procharger might have peak horsepower #s on par with the others but the low to mid range torque will suffer since they count on high RPMs to make max boost. It’s basically a belt driven turbo. For a truck the magnuson, Harrop and Whipple are better options IMO. With the right mods all of them can make more power than the stock block can handle anyway, so why not keep that low/mid range grunt that’s associated with roots/twin screw blowers. If it were way cheaper maybe, but they aren’t any cheaper on the Tacoma offerings so I doubt they will be.

All I’m saying is, I wouldn’t wait for the procharger personally.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    I concur.

I want my power down low. I don't do 5000rpm's.

Might be awhile as I was informed they fit every vehicle they build superchargers for. So they will not say they have one from 14 to 21 without placing one on every year first.

Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
Or run the first twin supercharged Tundra for unnecessary complexity. What can I say I have an obsession with twins.

    Too many mods to come
I've personally owned a few pro chargers in some vehicles. Great product for sure. This will absolutely yield more top end numbers but like mentioned above the maggy kit (Roots style) has more tq under the curve. Cant go wrong with either but the maggy setup is very nice. The old man has one on his rig. It all comes down to the ECU tune also.
