Toyo Masters in Willis has powdercoated and aluminum plate. The aluminum shield I saw at his shop was full coverage front and rear. He told me (the aluminum) would be around $600 installed on my Sequoia.

I didn't walk around the counter to inspect so I can't answer that truthfully but it looked stout. His son makes them. I'll ask him and confirm.

Here is what he told me:

The steel shields are 12 gauge painted black for 595.00. The aluminum shields come in 1/8 inch available for $495 or they have 3/16 inch for $595.00 installed.

    1/4" for $650 installed

Once again, I am glad I saw your post about this shield. I had it installed today to replace the add-a-cat that came from the dealer. I like the fact that it's one piece and provides extended coverage of the rears. Hoping this will deter the thieves.

Also, glad to have found an independent Toyota mechanic shop. It's about 30 miles from my area. I am sensing it will be worth the drive to have work done by this crew.

Yeah he rocks! A fellow Tundra owner goes to him and told me about him. He's fair and honest. Much more so than going to a stealership (especially Gullo).

I forgot to mention they also installed a set of OEM LED fog lights for me. I was going to try it myself but figured since they have it up on the lift it would be easier access for them to handle and they didn't charge me much if anything to do this. These guys were fast, I was in/out in under 45 minutes.

When we had our shield installed, the wife casually mentioned lookin at our fuel door since it wasn't closing right. He fixed it and didn't charge a dime.
