    Just wanted to share my story, maybe help other avoid unnecessary headaches..
    Order a bumper from Justdifferentials.com a couple weeks ago, website says in stock. Email a week later asking about status, the next day they tell me it's backordered but will ship out next week. A week later they email me demanding another $75-$100 for shipping. I politely decline. Ship or refund are the options I give them. Customer service rep tells me she'll talk to her boss and get to the bottom of it. Email me four days later, your bumper is in stock we can refund or ship it out. I tell them ship it, an hour later they email back saying they need $75. I tell them full refund is the only way forward, have to let my cc company know its potential fraud. A ten email thread going for 3 weeks, no bumper, no refund. Website clearly says FREE SHIPPING!

    I’ve seen this “fine print” bait and switch before. It’s not just them. Their faq says free shipping does not include bumpers.

    This is such BS!
    If the bumper they are selling does not ship for free, Don't put "free shipping" on the same page Right Above the price of the bumper, with no indication otherwise
    There at minimum needs to be an asterisk next to the "free shipping"* that leads you to that disclaimer. Otherwise, the bumper should indeed ship for free. Some shitty shady marketing.

    Completely agree. But they aren’t the only ones I’ve seen do that. Like said above, there should be an asterisk directing customers to the faq for fine print.

    Not defending them as I’ve never bought anything from them and have no experience with their customer service, but I read the reviews posted above.

    No. That fine print says there is no free shipping for ARB brand bumpers. The bumper he is buying is not an ARB bumper, therefor it should qualify for the free shipping clearly advertised on the sale page of the bumper he bought.

    I think what they are saying is there isn't any free shipping on the ARB products that are listed. If you look at an ARB bumper they plainly state on the product page that they don't ship free.

    Another BS situation from Justdiffs and DPI-offroad

    I ordered a Ring and Pinion set (SKU : D44JK-410-OE) that was on sale Aug. 27, 2023 and never received it. After creating a ticket(#20689) with their support agent (DPI Off-Road Web Support) I was informed in a personal email from slitzo@dpioffroad.com Sept. 26, 2023 stating "we will be canceling and refunding your order due to our liquidation sale stock being sold out" and that "The product is still available to purchase at a fair market value". Just to note the same SKU was again on sale for the price I paid Sept. 25 2023 when I checked to see if my support ticket had been updated.
