Would I need to do some chopping for the rock warrior 17" wheels? What would the ratio be? 295/??/17...i have the toytec boss 3/1 lift.

And what tire brand would you guys recommend?

295 will work but it's hard to find it larger than a 295 70 17 which is roughly 33.25". It would be a lot easier and probably cheaper to go with 35s and do the chop. Just my .02.

    Might I recommend 285/75/17

Best of both worlds, tall tire but not too wide keeping rolling resistance lower.

4wheel parts got the BFG 315/70/17 on my RW wheels with minimal effort. Bilstein 5100s on front, no chopping needed. That tire is on sale now there for $199ea. Lot cheaper than some comparable ones. The RW comes with 285/70/17 stock. Which I think is over 33" stock.

So far so, good. I was nervous they would not fit without body mount chop.

So no chop needed? Did you have spacers?

No spacers, when I picked it up they had removed the plastic behind the front tire and said they hit/banged the skid plate a few times. But, my truck is a RW. Not sure if yours is, or if you are just using RW wheels, or if that even matters. I am no expert by any stretch.

I like @14burrito's suggestion. 285 75 17. Fairly large and shouldn't give you too much trouble fitting. Otherwise, 35x11.50... but you'll need to trim some.
