So I have been looking at inexpensive ways to level my truck out and I got on to the Bilistien 5100 adjustable shocks and I sort of settled there.. Recently I found these Bilstein 6112 Series Front Suspension Lift Kit and found them to be a bit more impressive for all around leveling and lifting step up from stock. Has anyone had any experience with them?

I have no experience with the 5100 on a tundra but had them on my tacoma. I was thoroughly unimpressed, everyone over at the forum i was on at the time talked them up like they were amazing. I personally felt they rode like crap, preloading stock coils doesn't make for a good ride.

exactly what I was thinking sort of pointless if the point is to modify the truck.. at any rate the 6112 series come with heavier coil overs and beefier shock bodies.. a bit more spendy but you get what you pay for..
