    Well, you may need some heat on them, but try being liberal with the penetrating oil, give it time to work.

    I bought mine a year ago, when I inspected the truck, like yours, not a spot of rust anywhere. Also a desert truck, rust sucks, damn glad I don't have to worry about it!
