I'm having issues with this lighted window switch. Installed on driver side only and now my key fob is not working to lock/unlock car or start vehicle without touching to PTS button. Put the OEM switch back in and still having the same problem. Power locks do not work on driver side but window does, SRS airbag warning on dash, passenger windows nor working. Power locks work on passenger front door. Did not see any blown fuses in cabin fuse box. Any suggestions?

At work now without tools, but will disconnect battery and check codes on scanner when I get home.

Seems like a lot of people have not had any issues, wondering why I am?

Check all fuses under the dash and in the engine bay. These trucks are sensitive to electric surges and its very easy to blow fuses.

Thanks, I wanted to provide a little update/partial resolution:

Used a multimeter on continuity setting to determine that the ECU-B NO.2 fuse had blown in the cabin. Replaced that and the SRS airbag error went away. I now have power locks and keyless entry restored...but still cannot operate rear windows/back glass from master switch. Tested all of the mini fuses under the hood for continuity and they checked out. Not sure how to handle those multi-colored squares (Type B fuses or relays???). Have a service appt tomorrow...will update the thread with resolution and a much lighter wallet -_-

I never noticed mine don't light up. That is crazy! Also, dammit, another thing to spend money on!

So, I got these today and none of my windows work from the master (or the original one) BUT the front passenger door does work (even without the ignition on) I checked EVERY fuse 3x (die in a fire whoever put those fuses under the driver side dash) I have no rear window either. Has anyone seen this situation?

So is there anything else aftermarket before switching the actual switch/switches? Like window control modules or anything. I am assuming the oem worked just fine before? Sounds like a blown fuse but wouldn’t know without testing wires at the switch with multimeter.
Are these literally just an unplug and plug in new?
    Sorry to hear about this.
I don’t have Facebook but maybe someone in a group has seen this and has a remedy. Let’s us know.

It's just unplug/plug. The odd thing is the windows get their power from the master and none are supposed to work without the key on, the front passenger (the only one working) works with the key off.

Also, it is really odd that restoring the original switch makes no difference (it all was fine before) and I literally pulled/replaced every fuse after the ones it was supposed to be were fine.

It's my fault for getting an unnecessary mod.

But obviously, I need a solution.

Definitely sounds like a blown fuse(s).

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/cartrimhome-illuminated-window-switch-problem.105074/#post-2704723

Does your stock master switch have front driver and passenger auto window switches?

Same thing happened to me but my wiring/fuse box set up (2021) is different than your 2013.

Are you sure all your fuses are ok? Use a multimeter to check continuity. That is a quick way to check if the fuse is blown or not without having to pull out/visually inspect each.

Also check fuses in the engine bay. I had blown one under the dash and one in the engine bay. Dealership replaced the 30 amp large pink fuse in the engine bay today and we are all back to normal.

Good to hear you got it all squared away. I have a 21 as well but just a sr5. I was thinking of getting this. Question though. Did you have any lights on your oem switch? Trying to figure out the difference ( if any ) in the switches. Thanks
Also, did you just do the master or the other 3 as well?

Yes, I have both front auto switches. I checked every fuse first with a fluke for continuity, then I pulled all of them. I do not look at any of the big square fusible links. I'll look at them. Thanks

I thought from what I read it doesn't work if both switches are auto. Could that be the problem?

That may be the problem, I got the rear windows back by replacing the square 30amp fuse under the dash, the driver window is not working but the passenger does on it's own.

Only the driver front switch on master switch is illuminated stock. I was only trying to replace the driver's side master switch, didn't purchase the other 3.

I installed these with the auto up module. Question - mine seem to be always on when running the truck. I would have thought they would come on when I had the lights on, or is it controlled by the dash lights? It doesn't bother me really - just wondering. They also sent me another driver side module as I guess they figured out a mistake. Lucky I didn't put the first one in as it didn't work.

Yes. I think it pulls power from the the window source meaning it’s always on for the driver

do your passenger lights turn off if you hit door lock?

I just tried and they stay on as well after a door lock.
