Does anyone know if the sequoia throws CEL or other lights if you replace OEM(AVS) struts with aftermarket? Thanks

Changing the coilovers, they are not struts, will not cause a CEL. If the vehicle has TSS, it could cause an alert with that if the front is higher than the rear. But no, coilovers are not monitored and have no sensors, not connected to the truck/computer.
