If you like AR15s you should buy from somewhere besides dick's. Looks like a good time!

I recommend buying in person if you can. Shipping is rough on a kayak. Mine showed up today. Scuffs (no big deal), missing bottle holder, and a broken dry box. Contacted LL Bean and they're right on it, so I'm still happy. Buddy ordered a different one from Amazon and it was missing its seat, and something else I forget.

Doing it again, I would 100% find one in store.

Oh yeah I'm definitely going to get it in person. In all the research I've done the rate of damaged in transit is too high for my taste. Thankfully there seems to be a ton available in store. I hope they get you all squared up in a timely manner!

My stuff doesn't prevent use, so I'm good. Water is too cold right now anyway.

Still need a paddle and PFD too.

I'm pretty sure you could still drive a vehicle on the ice around where I'm at lol. Four wheeler and snowmobile for sure. I'm going with that paddle I linked because I've always had issues with my wrists, hopefully it works out. As for life vest I'm going to go with this one: https://www.amazon.com/MoveVent-Dyn...d=1647463365&sprefix=kayaking+,aps,157&sr=8-3 it has tons and tons of reviews and in the off chance it isn't as good as the reviews make it out to be Amazon is easy to deal with returns.

So, I just googled this, and it shows they're wanting to make Daylight Saving Time permanent, not Standard Time. So at the equinoxes midnight won't be midnight. If one were ever so slightly OCD, it would itch.

I’ve had multiple close friends killed on their bike from cars hitting them. I’ll do anything I can to get a cars attention, if lingerie is the answer, I’m all for it!!!

I have one of the brightest front lights you can get, same with the rear facing light, I wear a reflective ankle band, a white reflective helmet, and a green backpack, so the contrast on my white skin is basically reflective. And this afternoon my hankie was hot pink on my head and shoulders!

One morning I had some guy coming at me head on, up on the sidewalk!!!! I saw him coming so I jumped off my bike and ran behind a light pole, he woke up or whatever right in front of me and dipped off the curb and swerved into the neighborhood with a sharp right! I’m soooo glad I wore my brown shorts that day!!!

Finally got a chance to watch these. It might have tow hooks but definitely doesn’t have a back window that rolls all the way down. Loved that feature on the drive home today!
