It'll be more advanced than the S7 edge. I have no complaints with mine.

I own both and love both. I have the GS7 Edge as my personal and my work phone is a 128gb Pixel. Both great in their own ways. I wish I could take the best features from both and make one superphone.

I've been a big Android fan and even done some development over the years. I still have my first, and the first ever released Android phone, the G1/HTC Dream. Still works. I'll keep it forever.

All of my company issued phones have been Note2's, 4s, and now a 5 and they are great. They've taken a beating and operate wonderfully for what I do. Any of the Samsung products (besides the 7) have treated me well, but I like them best because I'm very familiar.

Just got S8+ for the wife and myself on a buy one get one free deal. Phone is a phone. This particular phone does not connect to my Entune bluetooth. I'm not sure why although my preliminary home suggests two possibilities. First, it's plain not set up with the system. When I went to the Toyota site it does not list S8 as a compatible phone. Second, and hopefully not the problem, the S8 has new and stronger bluetooth os called 5 (i think). Frustrating and bummed. Should've stuck with my old cracked beater phone...

I was able to get my S8 (non+) connected to my 2016 Tundra just fine, but the dang email notifications come through the radio in addition to SMS. I had a Galaxy S4 previously and had no complaints. Music was fine and I only received SMS notifications. I don't even have the phone notify me when I get email so the fact that the radio in the truck notifies me when I get email is baffling. I don't get very many SMS messages, but when I do, they're usually very important so I really need/want the Tundra radio to notify me when I get them, which it does, but at the same time, I get dozens of work email during my commute which really drives me nuts. I have disabled all message notifications on the Tundra so I keep my sanity but that means I have to rely on feeling the phone vibrate in my pocket and hear the chime for the SMS.

I've been through all the notification options I could find on the phone without any help... anyone got any ideas?

Rocking the S7 Myself, have had Note 5 and a S4 in the past. Like the new S8/+ but next phone will probably be the Note8 coming out in the fall.
