Has anybody done the mod from tundra sway bar or stabilizer bar to sequoia? Is it direct fit, is it the long bar only or does the whole system need to be replaced???

Yep I did it. You don't need any other parts except the sway bar itself. The OD and all the dimensions of the sway bar is the same as the Tundra. The only difference is the ID of it is smaller so the sway bar is thicker/heavier. It's direct bolt in.

Yes, I've done it as well. It's just the bar, you reuse the fastening hardware, bushings (unless you want to upgrade them) and the links.

I'm thinking of doing this as well. Does it make a noticeable difference?

I give it a solid "meh" rating.
The TRD rear makes WAY more of a difference. But for a truck that's lifted 3" and on 35's, my truck handles like it's on rails.

Direct fit, should cost you about $115 to 130 at your local dealer. Great thing to swap and in conjunction with the TRD rear bar your truck will be well behaved.

Yeah, I did the TRD rear sway, and it made a huge difference. I don't plan on lifting my truck. I was just wondering if adding the sequoia bar is worth it for strictly highway driving.

Just swapped out the front sway bar with the Sequioa sway bar about 3 days ago. There IS a noticible difference. Granted, I have the TRD rear sway, and I'm not lifted, and running stock tires on 20 inch rims. My truck is destined for pavement only. But on my commute, i take a sharp 30 degree turn every day and that's where i notice it the most. Almost no roll at all. The truck handles much better, especially on turns from a stop. Well worth it imo.

Hit up @Roman I think he can set you up with one for around $125 if I remember right. I found a guy that bought one for his truck. Never installed it because he decided to go with a long travel setup. He sold to me for $70.00. It does make a difference, especially on the mountain roads I drive.

Pretty much the same scenario for my truck. It's brilliant handling in the twisties, for the truck it is.

Big time difference. Especially when install the trd sway bar. There is a reason on the 2018 is coming with front and rear trd swaybars.
