A nice afternoon to fill the Traeger will mesquite wood pellets, dry rub three fresh cut bb racks and let them bath in slow rolling smoke for 5 hrs. Then I'll pull the racks off, wrap them in foil add a little apple juice and back on the smoker @350d for 45 min. I will post up when they are done! Love my Traeger....perfection every time.

    We have the
Lil Texas Elite Grill...plenty for my wife and I. I think we paid $700...Three BB rib racks fit nicely. A large 22# Turkey no problem. You won't be disappointed.

If you shop them hard you can sometimes get $100 off. Costco at times runs a special.

I can see myself getting one of these for slow smoking some ribs. Have you smoked any brisket on it yet?

Final stage...wrap in foil, add a little Apple juice, seal them back up tight and back on the smoker for 40-50 min @350d. Then serve.
