My 2018 SR5 crew Max comes with the trailer hitch and the connectors but does not have any trailer break control in the dashboard. I bought a Tekonsha P3 to install but it's a little above my paygrade I need professional help to do it right the 1st time, my trip is in a week and a 1/2.
    Thank you for the help.

Did you buy the vehicle specific wiring adapter with the brake controller? If so it's a simple plug and play, then mount the controller where you want.

I pulled both kick plates from driver and passenger side off, I pulled the undermount of the dashboard where the oem control goes I still cannot find that 7 pin connector anywhere. Also I cannot find verifiably a 2018 SR5 Install video . I bought all the gear for the install but I can't find the plug... I found other plugs but not the 7 prong

Did you end up finding a local place to install in San Diego?
